Azken 40 urte hauetan euskal emakumeek lan munduan izan duten egoeraren erradiografia historikoa, gaur egun zer-nolako ondorioak eta eraginak sorrarazi dituen ikertzen duena.

Dokumental honetan, Euskal Herriko emakume desberdinen testigantzak jaso ditugu. 1980 eta 2020 urte artean oinarritzen da eta lau hamarkaden berrien eritziekin saretua dago. Gai desberdinen inguruan arituko diren zientzilari, idazle, profesionalen ahotik jaso ditugu hainbat bizipen eta errelato.
